Real Estate – Licensed Brokerage

We act as a licensed real estate broker (German §34c GewO). We market properties directly and through our broker network, handle inquiries and viewings, and support negotiations through to notarization.

Commission: Our brokerage fee is agreed in a brokerage agreement (Maklervertrag) and becomes payable upon conclusion of a notarized purchase contract (or, for rentals, upon conclusion of a rental contract) in line with German legal requirements and market practice. When we cooperate with partner brokers, any revenue sharing is between brokers and does not change the commission agreed with the client.

Property Modernization

In addition to our brokerage services, we introduce clients to independent renovation companies for energy-smart upgrades and full modernizations, all in line with German standards. All advice and contracts are provided directly by the chosen provider. Our introduction/coordination service is free for clients.

Financial Services

We connect you with independent, registered financial brokers who source mortgages, personal loans, and vehicle financing from banks and other lenders. We coordinate timelines and documents so the process is smooth, while all brokerage advice, product comparisons, and offers are provided directly by the broker.
We are not a lender and do not provide financial advice. Contracts and payments are made directly between you, the broker, and ultimately the lender.

Mortgages

Secure your property with confidence. We introduce you to mortgage brokers who assess your situation and obtain suitable lender offers. The broker provides advice and handles submissions; we assist with coordination (documents, appointments, hand-offs). Approvals, interest rates, and terms are set solely by the lender, based on creditworthiness and collateral. No offer is made by us.

Personal Loans

For renovations, debt consolidation, or unexpected expenses, we connect you with registered brokers who can present loan options and explain requirements. We keep the process organized so you have clarity and control. Eligibility, rates, and terms are determined by the lender via the broker. We do not provide financial advice or extend credit. Our service is free for clients.
