Conditions and costs
Our own apartments are let directly by Shikha Shrivastava as owner: no brokerage commission applies.
Apartments of other landlords: if you commission us in writing (an email is enough) to search for your new employee, you as the client bear the fee agreed in advance. The employee is not charged.
Apartments for which a landlord has commissioned us to find a tenant: the landlord pays the commission. There is no brokerage cost for the tenant.
You receive all terms in text form before we start. The deposit is at most three months’ net rent. We offer other landlords’ apartments only with their authorisation; specific offers follow after your enquiry.
